Community Qigong Classes

Community Classes in Southern Delaware
COMING AGAIN SOON!
All classes are walk-in, by donation, and everyone is welcome.
​
Classes usually last 45 to 60 minutes. Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing. Footwear is flat shoes
or barefoot. It's best to refrain from eating heavily for 1/2 hour prior to class. Most movements can be done
either standing (traditional) or sitting (for comfort or modification).
